DOCUMENTATION

From account to first request.

Create your workspace, check available models and manage prepaid credit.

1. Create your workspace

Create an account, confirm your email and complete your profile. Your profile remains private to your account. Use the sign-in page to request account recovery when needed.

2. Choose a model and mode

Open the text playground and select Chat, Code or Research plus a model. Availability is checked before a request. Research can search the web with cited links and read English Wikipedia article summaries. Choose Wikipedia article search as an alternative source. Run a utility, review the result and add it to the editable message before sending. You can also add UTF-8 text files up to 20 KB. The playground returns complete text replies. Browser dictation and read aloud depend on device support; hosted audio APIs and autonomous external actions are not supported.

3. Add prepaid credit

API WILD uses one USD prepaid wallet with a $30 minimum top-up. A $30 purchase adds $30 of credit, used at each model’s actual supplier USD cost multiplied by five. Check the Credits page for current purchase availability. Stripe handles payment entry and signed payment confirmation updates the wallet; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.

4. Create an API key

Choose capabilities, optional daily and total key limits, and an expiry or no expiry under API keys. Copy the key when it is created; it is shown once. Account credit and account spending limits still apply. Per-model key restrictions are not available. Keep the key on your backend.

5. Track usage and recover safely

Usage shows available and reserved credit plus request records. Balance updates refresh periodically; they are not token-by-token streaming. An uncertain request remains held for reconciliation. Reuse the original Idempotency-Key and identical JSON body instead of starting another request.
